Challenge:

Current customer-facing materials lacked consistency and didn't look they came from the same company. Content was primarily about features and lacked business benefits.

Solution:

Current materials were reviewed and a communications template developed. Copy was revised to reflect customer and business benefits. All collateral was united under a common brand.

Results:

Consistent messaging to customers as well as a cohesive look and feel to all external communications.
