Challenge:

Produce a first-time user group meeting that is educational for attendees yet promotes the sponsoring company.

Solution:

Market Sensibility developed an overall strategy for the user group meeting, along with a tactical plan that included creating a registration website, securing industry speakers, writing messaging for the target audience, and managing site logistics.

Results:

95% of registered customers attended the meeting, giving it exceptionally high meeting ratings. Industry partners also participated, providing additional funding to help defray meeting costs. Additional coverage in industry publications was obtained.
